Around here...

...we are finally feeling well again. The sun is shining and even though it's really not as warm as it looks, we went outside to play for a little while.

Stella definitely has a new love....

Handprint Lion

They say March comes in like a lion and out like a lamb, but actually it has been rather "lamb like" so far for us. But, we made this cute lion anyway!

Start off making a hand print on a piece of construction paper. Then, using a finger dipped in paint, we created a mane around the end of the thumb.

 Add a tail...

...and a face. Roar! You just made a lion!

9 Months

Okay....so things are not always sunshine and rainbows around here! But in her defense, Stella has been sick for.ev.er. and this is what happens when you want to get a picture of a cranky, not-feeling-so-good baby. She was just not feeling very photogenic. Well, regardless of that crabbiness, she is 9 months old!

9 months! I know I say it every month, but I can't believe how much she's grown! Over the last month, she has become extremely mobile and now gets into everything! She's pulling herself up any chance she can get! I LOVE this stage! She always looks so proud of herself when she gets to her feet. :)

She loves to eat and she likes to dance and sometimes she even does both at the same time!

I know, she's a genius!  ;0)
