Cake Balls

I must say, these are quite tasty and super easy to make!

To make them, you will need:
1 cake mix (any flavor)
1 can of frosting (any flavor)
chocolate melting wafers

1. Start by baking the cake according to package directions.
2. While it is still warm, crumble the cake into a mixing bowl.
3. Add the can of frosting and refrigerate for about an hour.
4. After it chills scoop small balls of the mixture and dip into melted chocolate.
5. Place on wax paper lined trays. Add sprinkles and chill until the chocolate is hard.

  1. Thanks for sharing! Definitely going to give this one a try in the coming weeks!!!

  2. Yours are so festive-looking! We made some for my son's Mickey Mouse party in October using candy coating that I couldn't get to melt right until the 3rd try :) I will have to try what you used next time!

  3. I have piles of red velvet ones to make for Christmas! I made cake bites for our family about 2 years ago and they are requested now for every.single. family holiday!

  4. My sister made these a few months ago and didn't save me any:( I need to make them for myself someday!

  5. Oh thanks so much for posting! I am featuring this post today on my blog. Come on over and check it out
